All items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment. All items may receive a complete replacement unit, replacement parts, or a partial refund should the item become defective within 30 days of the purchase date.
If an items is received damaged, defective, or not received please contact us through email within 7 days for a complete replacement unit, replacement parts, a partial refund or full refund of the purchase price. Our Products may require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund or complete replacement.
If the return due to no quality issue,it will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Items returned must be in their original packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included. All returns require an RAM (Return Authorization) number which will be given by our Customer Service Representative. when the return request is submitted.
All returned are shipped back to a Return Center at the customer's expense; however, we will send a pre-paid return shipping label via email if the return is a result of our error (like sending the wrong item or item is defective when received). Please note that it is at the company's discretion to decide if the item may be returned to Products Return Center. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once your claim is processed an approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the request to be completed. If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please be aware that the fulfillment time frame is based on product availability.
